I led production planning and on-set execution, building schedules, coordinating cross-functional crews, and managing talent and logistics. Serving as both Art Director and Prop Master, I shaped the visual direction on set—overseeing props, aligning wardrobe and creative teams, and ensuring consistency across every frame.
By facilitating clear communication across stakeholders, I helped maintain a smooth, collaborative, and highly organized production environment.
